We are exploring the idea of running a small Advanced Rider Development expedition to northern Spain in October 2026.
Before we commit to bookings, deposits, or detailed route planning, we want to find out if there is genuine interest from our riders.

The Concept
Proposed dates: 9–18 October 2026
Travel: Ferry from Port of Rosslare to Bilbao with Brittany Ferries
Location focus: Picos de Europa National Park
Outline of the idea:
- Small pilot group (approx. 6 riders)
- Lead instructor: Colm
- 2 x Support riders
- Ride your own motorcycle
- Mix of mountain road coaching and beginner/intermediate gravel sections
- Structured daily training blocks
- Hotel and guest house accommodation
- Meals included
- Ferry crossing included
This would not be a “tour”.
It would be a coached Advanced Rider Development experience.
What The Riding Would Look Like
Road riding in mountain terrain focusing on:
- Hairpin technique
- Braking control on descents
- Road positioning in narrow rural roads
- Group discipline
Gravel training focusing on:
- Body position and balance
- Clutch and throttle control
- Braking on loose surfaces
- Controlled climbs and descents
- Line choice
The aim would be skill development first, scenery second.
Who This Would Suit
- Full motorcycle licence holders
- Riders with at least 2 years experience
- Adventure or dual-sport motorcycle owners
- Riders looking to build real-world gravel confidence
- Those comfortable travelling abroad with their bike
This would not be an extreme off-road trip.

€2,500 – €3,000 per rider
